Stained Glass is a two-day hands-on set decoration course held at the Makinarium workshop inside Pinewood Studios, Buckinghamshire.
 
Over two days you will learn the complete process of producing a replica stained glass window - from design and layout through to the finished screen-ready panel. No glass will be used in this process! You work with the same materials and techniques used on professional film and TV productions, taught by a team with credits spanning Star Wars, Marvel, Bond and more.
 
This is not a hobbyist stained glass class. This is the film industry version - lightweight, durable, camera-ready, and built to survive a set. You will understand how period accuracy is achieved without real lead or glass, how colour and light transmission are controlled, and how panels are constructed to withstand the demands of a working production. You leave with a finished piece and the technical knowledge to produce more.
