How to pay:

A deposit payment is required to hold your place on the course. You can pay in instalments by bank transfer but the balance must be paid in full a week before the start of the course.

 

Right to cancel:

We appreciate that as freelancers it can be difficult at times to commit to dates. Therefore if you need to cancel your attendance on a course at the last minute, we will allow you to transfer your deposit and payments onto another course. However you will not be eligible for a refund if you let us know less than 10 working days before the first day of your course. You will only be able to transfer your balance to another course date. If you let  us know of your intention to cancel in 10 working days or more, we can arrange a refund for you. All deposits are non refundable. 

 

Makinarium UK Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course at short notice if circumstances require it.  Makinarium UK Ltd will not be liable for any costs incurred by you to ensure that you can travel to/attend the course date. We may transfer confirmed bookings to rescheduled dates. If you are unable to attend rescheduled course dates then you will be entitled to a full refund.

 

Health & Safety 

Once you sign up for a course you will be asked to fill in a health questionnaire. As we are based in a workshop where will be at times materials that are considered hazardous to health, it is your responsibility to disclose any health issues or concerns. Makinarium UK Ltd cannot be held liable for your health where non-disclosure of allergies or health issues have not been stated, and where health and safety procedures have been ignored by yourself.

Complaints Policy:

If for any reason you wish to make a complaint. Please contact us via email careers@makinarium.co.uk and we will send you our complaints form for you to fill out. We will respond to your complaint within 30 working days once we have received your completed form.
