Shipping Overview

Thank you for purchasing a Makinarium Studio Edition collectible.

All Makinarium Studio Edition products are carefully inspected, packed and dispatched from the United Kingdom.

As these are limited-edition collectibles, many products are sold as pre-orders. Please refer to the product page for the estimated dispatch date before placing your order.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following destinations only:

United Kingdom
European Union (all EU member states)
United States of America

We do not currently offer shipping to any other countries or territories.

Pre-Orders

Where a product is advertised as a pre-order, payment is taken in full at the time of purchase to reserve your allocated unit.

Estimated dispatch dates are shown on each product page.

Please note that these dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing schedules, quality control, supplier delays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If there are any significant delays, we will notify customers by email.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order may be held until all items are available for dispatch unless otherwise stated.

Dispatch Times

Once your order is ready for dispatch, we aim to ship within 3–5 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

United Kingdom 1–3 business days
European Union 5–10 business days
United States 5–10 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination.

Shipping charges include packaging, handling and courier services but do not include any import duties, customs charges or local taxes that may apply in your destination country.

Customs, Import Duties & Taxes (DDU)

All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

This means:

Import duties
Customs clearance fees
VAT or sales taxes charged by your country
Brokerage fees

are not included in your purchase price or shipping charge.

These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid before your parcel can be released by your local customs authority or courier.

As customs regulations vary between countries, we are unable to estimate or guarantee what charges may apply.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order if you are unsure.

Failure to pay customs charges may result in the parcel being returned to us or abandoned by the carrier.

Customs Delays

International shipments may occasionally be delayed due to customs inspections.

Unfortunately, these delays are outside of our control and are not considered lost shipments.

Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive:

A shipment confirmation email
Your tracking number
A link to track your order online

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate and complete before placing an order.

We are unable to guarantee changes to shipping addresses once an order has been processed.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges before being resent.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

incorrect address information,
failure to collect the parcel,
refusal to pay customs charges,
refusal of delivery,

the parcel may be returned to us.

Where possible, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Your order number
Photographs of the packaging
Photographs of the damage

If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the courier to investigate before arranging a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order where:

shipping restrictions prevent delivery,
export regulations prohibit shipment,
sanctions or legal requirements apply,
we are unable to deliver safely or lawfully.
